Soy docente de yoga vital, instruida en esta hermosa ciencia que me despierta más curiosidad día a día, que hace que investigue todavía. Aprendo a ver este mundo de manera deslumbrante como si comenzara todos los días de nuevo, enseñándome.

En los años que llevo de docente y de formar personas en ayur yoga, veo la felicidad que ellos transmiten cuando pueden manifiestan su ser en esplendor. Estoy muy contenta con esto,pero no me siento muy bien cuando observo que no lo logran.
Uno realiza muchos trabajos ensu vida y eso no quita hacer lo que para uno es significativo. Siempre me prometo,que lo valioso es hacer lo que uno cree que es correcto. Para mi es despertarla conciencia que nos lleva a ver este mundo tal como es, como dice un gran yogui
¨El ser que discrimina entre lo real y lo irreal, cuya mente se apartó de lo irreal, posee la calma, las virtudes, y da el anhelo de la liberación, y solo así eso se considera para calificar en preguntarle a la divina quien soy¨.
Aquí y ahora que tenemos estos medios para comunicarnos observo que, muchas personas desean aprender lo mismo,ayur yoga, o seguir adelante con su aprendizaje, se sienten indecisas, en afrontar esa parte de ellos que sienten que debería hacer algo más”práctico”, que les permitirá crecer espiritual y profesionalmente pase lo que pase con la economía, las circunstancias geográficas, etc. Otra parte de ellos dice que ya tienen más 30 años y si no lo han echo antes que vana hacer ahora. Deberían aprovechar la oportunidad para hacer algo que nace en su ser creativo y realmente invertir en ti mismo, tomar ese tiempo para explorar a través de esta ciencia, que a mí me da plenitud día a día.

Que consejo dar a mis alumnoso aquellos que desean embarcarse en ayur yoga. Tú ser prevalece, que es lo quete preocupa?. no importa lo que pase, vivir la vida con un sentimiento de pesarhace que el alma sufra. Hay que accionar y aprender sobre la acción e irresolviendo nuestras situaciones, crecer y sentirnos plenos.
Aquellos que siente esta senda, y no puede comenzarla por preocupación monetarias, o valores éticos,políticas, familia etc.. los años pasan y el sentimiento de pesar se vuelve devastador.Para todos aquellos que tomamos la decisión hace mucho de emprender este hermoso viaje, es una profesión de vida, y como la vida tiene sus momentos, los cuales a veces no general trabajo de tiempo completo, y no da todas las mayores comodidades, teniendo momentos fugaces donde muchos se cuestionan porqué hago esto. Al mismo tiempo, que sé que nunca miraría hacia atrás, en está decisión de vivir la vida como una yoguini, de mi tradición.
Para mí, el impulso de los yoguis es tan grande y magnifico que fue capaz de hacer que lleve adelante misaspiraciones, sino estaría confinado a un mundo de logro comunes e ideas vacías.

In my years of aim teachingand training people in Ayur yoga, I see happiness they transmit when theymanifest their being in esplender.
I am very happy with this, but do not feel well when I see that they do not.
One does many jobs in our life and that does not mean doing what is meaningful to you. I always promise myself,how valuable is to do what you believe is right. For me is to raise awareness that leads us to see the world as it is, as a great yogi says

Here and now, we have these means to communicate I note that many people want to learn the same, Ayur yoga,or continue their learning, they feel hesitant in addressing that part of them they feel they should do something more “practical” that allow them to grow spiritually and professionally whatever happens with the economy,geographical, etc. Another part of them says they already have more than 30years and if they have not done it before going to do now. Should take the opportunity to do something that is born in their creative being and really invest in yourself, take the time to browse through this science, which gives me full day.

What advice give my students or those who wish to embark on Ayur yoga. You be prevalent, which is what worries you ?. no matter what happens, live life with a sense of regret makes the soul suffer. You have to operate and learn about the action and go solving our situations, grow and feel full.
Those who feel this way, and can not start it by monetary concerns or ethical, political, family etc .. The years pass and the feeling of grief becomes devastating. For all those who made the decision long ago to undertake this beautiful journey, it is a profession of life, and how life has its moments, which sometimes do not usually work full time, and gives all the comforts, taking moments shooting where many question why I do this. At the same time, I know I never look back on this decision to live life as a yogini, my tradition.
For me, the momentum of yogis is so great and marvelous that was able to carry forward my aspirations, but would be confined to a world of common achievement and empty ideas.
